among other amazing experiences, my Seattle hosts took me to Mezcaleria Oaxaca - a mezcal bar. I’d never before had mezcal, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I surely didn’t expect delicious, smoky strong liquor made from agave. The complex Del Maguays were especially excellent. A++ would buy again.
